Once an IPTV account is activated, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your order confirmation. If you encounter any service issues or are unsatisfied during this period, please contact us to request a refund. After the 7-day period, due to the nature of IPTV codes—which cannot be reused or resold—we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
In cases where we are unable to deliver the product for any reason, a full refund will be issued promptly.
If you receive a wrong key code or an unactivated account, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please notify us as soon as possible.
If your IPTV code cannot be activated due to a technical error, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a refund or replacement.
If you experience technical issues, contact us with a detailed description and supporting screenshots or photos. Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue. If the problem remains unresolved, your purchase may be eligible for a refund.
